Dylan is not just any Speckles kid; he's actually Maddy's little cousin, making his journey extra special. At 7 years old and on the brink of starting school, Maddy suggested to Dylan's parents that they pay a visit to their local optometrist to get his eyes checked. This led to a diagnosis of Anisometropia and Amblyopia, which means he now needs to wear glasses and patches for 6 hours a day 😮💨
Luckily, Dylan is in good hands with Maddy just a phone call away for advice and top-ups of his favourite, the Under the Sea patch from our Wild pack. His story highlights the importance of regular eye checks for kids, especially before they embark on their journey to big school! 🍎📚
