Say hello👏 to our patcher of the week, Malone! 🤩 Malone was born with PFV, a unilateral congenital cataract, and optic nerve coloboma in her left eye. A one in ten thousand diagnosis.  

Florence had a cataract in her right eye removed when she was just two years old. A cataract can make your vision blurry or misty, a bit like trying to look through frosted glass. Due to the surgery, they also had to remove her lens so she now wears a new lens every week.

Meet Zara! 👏 At only 5 weeks old, Zara underwent eye surgery to remove her unilateral cataract in her right eye. A cataract is the clouding of the lens which blocks light and therefore the brain is unable to receive a clear image from that eye.
