Common Uses

Used as part of prescribed occlusion therapy for Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) — or as we call it at Speckles, the Curious Eye
Light sensitivity coverage
Post-surgical eye protection
Can be used during sleep to gently cover the eye when the eyelid does not fully close, helping protect the eye from dryness or irritation

Speckles Hide & See Eye Patches - Moana

These patches made it easier and more enjoyable for my 5 year old daughter to do her daily patch therapy. Being Moana themed and having its very own chart, has made it that little bit more rewarding and fun for her. I do find that they start to loose the stickiness after an hour or so, which is hard as she has to wear the for 2 hours everyday. But no soreness or residue.

Made it so easy

my Moana obsessed daughter took to these patches so well. They were so great to help her adjust to the idea of patching. The reward chart was such a hit. instead of throwing the patch out, the simple act of adding it to the chart gave her a real sense of pride in what she's doing. It's great to be able to see her progress and celebrate with her! They were also super easy to take on and off. Unlike a bandaid that she hates, these she takes off with no issues!
