Darcy, who's now 7, started patching at just 3 years old to help treat strabismus in both of his eyes (with the left being more affected).

During his patch time, you’ll often find him kicking around a soccer ball, taking his dog Maggie for walks, diving into a good book, or playing Mario Kart on the Switch 🎮

Like many patching heroes, Darcy's mum, Jess said he has faced some challenges along the way, but thanks to our Marvel designs, he’s never been more excited to wear his patches and feels super cool doing it! 🦸‍♂️💥

Darcy is also a big fan of our rewards charts—after completing one, he gets to enjoy a special treat at his favourite local patisserie (or an extra round of Mario Kart 😉).
