Sylvie is 5 years old and her vision journey began last year after her GP recommended a visit to an Optometrist. She was diagnosed with a micro squint and Amblyopia in her left eye, and then referred to see an Ophthalmologist. From there, it was a whirlwind of appointments—first getting her glasses in August, then starting her patching journey in October.

Sylvie started out patching for 4 hours a day, but since starting school this year, she’s been able to drop back to 2 hours. Whether she’s watching TV, playing at the park, or learning sight words, Sylvie is rocking her patch like a champ! 🎉

Her go-to designs? The Unicorn World pack, especially the glitter shimmer patch—it’s her absolute favourite! ✨ She’s even taken her patch posters to the Ophthalmologist to show off her progress. With her next appointment coming up this October, we’re all eager to see how far she’s come.
