Speckles Optics Pty Ltd’s Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy 

We offer Domestic Shipping for Customers located in Australia and the United States from our local facilities. All other countries we ship to are considered International Shipping (New Zealand, Canada, Mexico) and will be shipped from our closest facility (Australia or the US) to that country. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 9am will be processed the next business day. 

There will be no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after 9am on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we may process orders within 1-3 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays via email or your preferred method of contact. 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Please note - once your order leaves our facilities, we are reliant on the shipping courier and their delivery estimates. You will need to check their website for any updates or interruptions to shipping which may cause a delay to your order.

AUSTRALIA 

For all orders shipped from Australia, we use Australia Post and their estimated shipping. Please check shipping times with local carrier on their website for most up to date information and for any service interruptions here 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We are able to ship to your P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once orders have been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking number via email. If you have not left your email, we are unable to send you the tracking confirmation. Please email us (hello@specklesforkids.com) with your order number and details if you need your tracking number resent. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Speckles Optics Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Speckles Optics Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently only set up to ship internationally to New Zealand, Canada, United States and Mexico. All orders placed through our AMAZON US store are handled through AMAZON and their shipping policy applies.

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping rates and delivery estimates to New Zealand are with Australia Post. Once your order leaves our facilities we are reliant on the delivery times of Australia Post, please check Australia post website for full details on shipping times and updates:
