At just 6 years old, Ava has shown incredible resilience and determination on her vision journey. She was diagnosed with astigmatism in both eyes, hyperopia (long-sightedness) and amblyopia last September, and has been rocking her eye patches like a champ for the past two weeks! 😊

According to her mum, Amanda, Ava embraces her patching routine, never forgetting or complaining about it! She wears her eye patch for two hours a day and likes to do this after school or sport, while she is doing homework, relaxing with her iPad or watching a movie on TV 🎮🎬
