Beauden is 5 years old, he has been wearing patches for 1 month now, after being diagnosed with Amblyopia and Esotropia (a condition where one or both eyes turn inwards). His mum, Kaela said "In the beginning, he was not happy about having to wear the patch as he wouldn't look "cool"...

Ronan is nearly two and has just started his patching journey after being diagnosed with Amblyopia at only 20 months old. He bravely wears his eye patch for an hour a day to help his curious eye grow strong, usually during the hustle and bustle of dropping off his siblings at school.

Hunter is 7 years old and embarked on his patching journey last November after a routine optometrist visit revealed Amblyopia in his left eye and hyperopia (far-sightedness).

Huon is 5 years old and has been on his patching journey for almost 5 months after being diagnosed with Amblyopia and Esotropia (a condition where the eye turns inward) in his right eye.

Timothy is 5 years old and has been patching for 7 months after being diagnosed with Amblyopia. In his most recent appointment, his ophthalmologist said his eye has shown great improvements which is what we LOVE to hear!

Poppy is four years old and lives in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Miss Poppy wears her eye patch for two hours a day at preschool, with her Mum, Patty, popping one on before she drops her off.
